Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production ever since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers much more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer various optional attachments and these telehandlers can really help you complete all your requirements, whilst being safe and efficient at the worksite. When both accuracy and precision are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
To be able to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible, many attachments have been engineered and made such as winches, booms, and rotating fork carriages, to allow the forklift to position materials more accurately. The articulating booms or booms come with 2 different extendible arms and are able to reach up and over structures so as to position loads on interior roof slope settings or in the upper or center floors. New products and attachments are being engineered and developed all the time and will debut in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, some improvements have been made. For example, load-reach management devices could restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized in order to know the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The memory of the boom would compare the angle and the extension of the boom with the safety limits, once the load is being placed into position. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device which prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
