Hyster Container Handlers

Hyster Container Handlers

In order to make each Hyster machinery safer for the driver and the other work place employees, all Hyster lift trucks could be outfitted with many of the standard and optional features. These features include: audible devices, safety lights, ergonomic operator compartments and operator restraint systems.

Visual safety devices such as LED strobe lights could help to alert other individuals that there is a forklift close by. There is a low-mounted strobe light that has a shield to help prevent the light shining into the operator's eyes.

Audible warning devices like reverse operation alarms, that automatically sound when the lift truck is backing-up, alert other people of the presence of a lift truck in the area. A rear drive handle with horn allows the driver's hand to be secure when reversing. This inboard handle protects the driver's hand in case of impact and the handle includes a horn which enables the operator to sound the horn without having to move their hand to the main steering wheel.

In case of a truck flip over, operator restraint systems help to keep the forklift driver's head and torso in the cab of the truck to help avoid serious injury. Anti-Cinch Seat Belt and Hip Restraints are basic features on all current units of Hyster/Yale lift trucks. For older Hyster/Yale forklifts, safety restraint systems are available for installation on most models.

The Hyster StanDrive E30-40HSD2 series of forklifts offers excellent ergonomics. Available in 4,000 or 3,000 pound capacities, these lift trucks are very strong and versatile, as well as ergonomically designed to enhance driver comfort and enhance productivity. To increase driver comfort and visibility, the controls enable the driver to stand at 45 degrees or in side-stance.

For highly powerful trucks, the E45-70XN, E70-120Z and the E30-40XN AC Power series forklifts from Hyster Company utilize AC technology are able to get almost any task completed. Hyster makes lift trucks which offer essential safety features, remarkable speed, long battery life, and unsurpassed durability. Forklifts made by the Hyster Company are adaptable to practically any application requirement which you or your business might have.
